A few of the top Indian track and field athletes were in action for the one-day athletics meet at the Kanteerva Stadium, Bengaluru, Karnataka, on Saturday.
The Indian 100m and 400m runners continued their strong domestic outdoor season in 2025, whereas the second-string long jumpers and triple jumpers were putting up a show in their respective categories.
Meanwhile, Asian Medalist Tejashwin Shankar was also in the action for his pet event of men's high jump but was toppled by the current India no.1 high jumper, Sarvesh Kushare.

Dhanush Adhitan wins the men's 110m hurdles title with a personal best time of 14.20s
Dhanush edged ahead of the favourite R Manav to clinch the gold medal.

Abinaya Rajarajan wins the women's 100m gold medal
Abinaya clocked a great time of 11.55s to win the 100m title ahead of experienced runners Nithya Gandhe and Sneha SS.
