Top Indian paddlers were in action at the first round of WTT Star Contender in Doha, Qatar on Wednesday.
The top Indian women's doubles pairing of Ayhika Mukherjee and Sutirtha Mukherjee took on the Japanese pair while the third-seeded men's doubles pair of Manav Thakkar and Manush Shah were up against the home favorites.
Manav Thakkar was also in action in the mixed doubles, partnering with Manika Batra, and the men's singles categories.
