The 25-year-old Rubina Francis is going to compete in her second Paralympics after a 7th place finish in the Finals of the 10m Air Pistol SH1 in Tokyo.
Rubina had scored 560 points to qualify as the 7th qualifier out of the total 8, during the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics.
The Qualification record of 580 and a Paralympic qualification record of 572 is currently held by the Iranian para-shooter Sareh Javanmardi.
Sareh, the Tokyo 2020 gold medalist, will also be present in the 20 women line-up for the 10m Air Pistol along with Tokyo's silver and bronze medalists Turkey's Aysegul Pehlivanlar and Hungary's Krisztina David.
A total of 60 shots will be taken by the para-shooters in a total of 6 series, a single series consists of 10 shots.
Hitting the innermost cordon will give the shooters a maximum of 10 points.
