Nine Indian para-badminton players were in action on Day 2 of the Paris Paralympics Games 2024.
Manasi Joshi loses her match against Ukraine’s Oksana Kozyna in the women's singles SL3 category. Meanwhile, Nitesh Kumar, Suhas Yathiraj, and Thulasimathi Murugesan have all secured victories.

Nithya takes a straight-game (21-12, 21-19) win over Chinese Taipei's Cai Yi-Lin.
She has now qualified for the knockout stage with 2/2 wins in the group stage.

She has now topped her group in the Women's Singles SU5 Group Play Stage.
Thulasimathi Murugesan comfortably takes the first set 21-12 against her Portuguese opponent, Beatriz, and is now leading the second set 11-5.
