Hokato Hotozhe Sema from Nagaland threw a massive personal best of 14.65m in the Men's Shot Put F57 Finals to clinch the bronze medal.

Praveen, who created history yesterday by becoming the youngest para-athlete to win consecutive medals at the Paralympics, stood on top of the podium making the nation proud.
With a massive personal best throw of 39.70, Bhavanaben finished 5th.
Although she did not win a medal, her effort is noteworthy.
Simran qualifies for the finals with a time of 25.03s, finishing first in her heat and third overall.
Finals are to be held at 11.03 p.m. tomorrow.
Simran, who set a personal best of 24.41 seconds yesterday, will compete in Heat 3 of the semi-finals.
Nagaland's first representation at the Paralympics, Hokato Sema Hotozhe and Soman Rana from Meghalaya are all set to put in their best for the finals.
With a season best effort of 34.23m, will Bhavanaben be able to make it to the podium?
With a best lift of 106kgs, Kasthuri finishes eighth in the women's upto 67kg finals on her debut.
