Manu Bhaker wins gold at Shooting World Cup in China

Indian ace female shooter Manu Bhaker wins gold at 10m Air Pistol Women's event at the season-ending International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Cup Final in Putian, China on Wednesday.

After missing out on a place in the 25m pistol final on a tiebreaker on Wednesday, Manu bounced back with gold today with a total score of 244.7. This is a new world record junior score created. Once in lead, she never looked back. Another Indian, Yashaswini Singh Deswal finished 6th in the same event clinching a score of 158.8.

Both Yashaswini and Manu had made it to the final in women's 10m Air Pistol event, finishing 7th & 8th, respectively.

Earlier, Abhishek Verma has topped the Qualification, while Saurabh Chaudhary also tags along him to make it into the final of the Men's 10m Air Rifle on Thursday.
