Tamil superstar and motorsport enthusiast Ajith Kumar achieved a remarkable feat at the prestigious 24H Dubai Race, clinching third place in the 992 category, on Sunday.
His achievement is even more inspiring as it comes after a harrowing car crash during the practice session.
Ajith Kumar faced a significant setback when his car collided with a barrier due to a brake failure during practice. The incident left fans worried, but the actor-turned-racer emerged unhurt.
Initially, Ajith decided to withdraw from the race, prioritising his team’s well-being and long-term goals. However, his relentless passion and determination saw him return to the track, defying all odds.
Competing under the banner of Ajith Kumar Racing by Bas Koeten, Ajith not only secured third place in the 991 category but also earned the prestigious “Spirit of the Race” award in the GT4 category.
Ajith’s triumph has garnered widespread praise from fans and celebrities alike.
