50' - SAVE, HARTE!
A penalty corner for Pipers and David Harte comes up with a double save. He first blocks the drag flick, before stopping Jarmanpreet's first rebound attempt.
The ball falls back to Jarmanpreet and he shoots it high the second time around.

A good aerial ball into the circle from the Pipers and Jarmanpreet Singh gets it in control. But the Dragons don't allow Singh to move any further, clean tackle and steal right at the top of the shooting circle.

The Delhi SG Pipers fight back and they fight have well. They kept control on the ball for almost the entire quarter and have a goal to show for it, thanks to a penalty stroke by Domene.
They have had a couple of other chances as well, but have failed to cash on. The Dragons cannot afford to be complacent here.

A mis-trap from the Delhi SG Pipers on that, but they recover. The trapper turns 360 and passes the ball to Domene, the drag flicker. Domene does manage to take a shot, but it is wide.

Shesha Gowda copes a blow to his leg inside the circle and he has to go off. Its a PC for the Pipers though.
42' - Pipers miss PC
A good job from the Tamil Nadu Dragons defence, who deflect the drag flick away cleanly. That could well have been the equaliser for the Pipers.

Jake Whetton with a brilliant steal and he goes on a run and shoots. David Harte saves, but the rebound falls to Whetton again. Chaos ensues and the Pipers earn a PC.

The Dragons try a variation on the PC and it is Raheel, who takes the final shot. Way wide of the post.

The Dragons come in from the right and there's a stick check from a Pipers defender. That's a penalty corner conceded. A soft one.
