Hockey India League Auctions Day 2 LIVE: With 54 players sold on the first day of the Hockey India League 2024 player auctions, the teams will be back to fill their squads.

Harmanpreet Singh became the most expensive player of the auction with a 78 lakh bid from Soorma HC while Gonzalo Peillat was the most expensive foreign signing with a 68 lakh bid from Hyderabad Toofans.

138 more players are expected to be sold on the second day of the auction as the teams will look to fill their 24-player roster.

Purse left for each team: Hyderabad Toofans (204.00 lacs), Soorma Hockey Club (162.00 lacs), Rarh Bengal Tigers (144.50 lacs), Delhi SG Pipers - (181.00 lacs), Tamil Nadu Dragons (196.00 lacs), UP Rudras - (206.00 lacs), Kalinga Lancers - (257.00 lacs), Team Gonasika (161.00 lacs).

The auction starts at 10:00 AM IST.
