Football Tri Nation LIVE: India v/s Myanmar - Updates, Results, Scores, Blog
47' - Good block from Mehtab
An early move from Myanmar in the second half, but Mehtab cuts it down with a good block right at the edge of the box.
HALF TIME!
That goal also brings an end to the first half. India were clearly the more dominant side, but missed a lot of chances. Myanmar slowly seemed to be catching up in the last ten minutes or so, but a goal against the run of play from Anirudh Thapa means that India head into the break with an one-goal advantage.

46' - ANIRUDH THAPA SCORESSS!
Anirudh Thapa returns to the national side and he returns in some style. He has been threatening throughout the evening, and finally has his reward. A good cross by Rahul Bheke from the right flank, leads to a defensive mishap for Myanmar.
The ball lands on Thapa's feet, who duly slots it in. INDIA OPEN THE SCORING!
IND 1-0 MYN
42' - AMRINDER SAVESS!
A harsh challenge from Bheke hands a freekick to Myanmar from a dangerous position. The free-kick is taken well and Sunil Chhetri leaps from the wall and heads it well - he does it too well for his own good as the shot is right on target of India's own goal.
Amrinder Singh has to leap high to push it away. That could have well been the first goal of the night. BRILLIANT FROM THE INDIAN KEEPER!
30' - Yet another header soars high
A stunning run and cross by Akash Misha from the left flank. Chhetri is once again in the right position, but fails to control the header. Goes high!
21' - Stunning counter attack from India
A corner for Myanmar and they take it short. India manage to steal the ball and create a counter, thanks to Bipin. It is a stunning run down on the left wing from the Blue Tigers, but the Myanmar defence somehow clear it.
Another opportunity goes begging for India.
17' - Chhetri is annoyed
Sunil Chhetri taken down inside the box, but the referee does not blow the whistle. The Indian captain feels it should be a penalty, but the replays suggest he had not touched the ball. Visibly annoyed is the Indian striker.
15' - Chhetri's header goes high
A beautifully taken corner by Mohammed Yasir, who curls one in wonderfully. The ball reaches Sunil Chhetri whose header flies above the post. THAT WAS CLOSE!
