SAFF U-17 Women's C'ship 2023: India loses 0-1 to Bangladesh- Highlights

India lost 0-1 to Bangladesh in the ongoing SAFF U-17 Women's Championship 2023 on Friday at the BSSS Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
In the 74th minute, it was Indian defender Akhila Rajan who unfortunately headed the ball inside her own net in an attempt to clear it. That remained as the only goal in the whole match, as the rest of the affair was quite uneventful.

The Bangladeshi goalie comes off the line and Indian winger Shibani Devi sees an opportunity. However, her side-footed long shot just misses the near post from distance.
A Bangladeshi player whipped in a cross from the left flank which made its way to Sagorika, but her header didn't have the connection that was needed to guide it towards the goal.
So far in the second half, India looks to have more intent to break the deadlock. This game looks to be a 1-0 affair and the team to get the first goal should be the victors.
