Chennaiyin FC registered a come-from-behind 3-2 win over Odisha FC in their opening Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 game at the Kalinga Stadium on Saturday. 

Odisha FC took the lead with Diego Mauricio scoring for them. In the second half, Chennaiyin levelled the score before taking a 2-1 lead in a span of two minutes, with Farukh Choudhary scoring a brace. Daniel Chima Chukwu extended their lead. In the dying minute, Roy Krishan reduced the margin.  

Owen Coyle's men eventually left the pitch collecting three points.
