Shillong Lajong FC welcomed NorthEast United FC to Shillong as both teams will fight out for a place in the final of the Durand Cup in the semi-final which was played in Shillong at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
The match originally scheduled to take place in Kolkata was rescheduled to Shillong, due to the request of the supporters.
NorthEast United dominated most of the game as they beat Shillong Lajong in a three-goal thriller in front of a jam-packed satdium.

The pace of the game has now changed as Shillong Lajong focuses more on attacking and NorthEast United are sitting back.
Ajaraie comes close to scoring another, but the shot goes wide.
