Morocco's El Kaoui Norelhouda makes a new African record with a throw of 23.42m

El Kaoui makes a massive improvement on her PB and throws a distance of 23.42m on her first attempt to break the African Record for women's discus throw F55.

She has now jumped up to the second position ahead of India's Karamjyoti, who now slips to third.
