Korea's keeper Kim Jaehan proved to be a thorn in India's flesh and for his efforts, he walked away with the player of the match award.
India (1 point) now trails Malaysia (3 points) on the Super 4s points table.
India has two more games left in the Super 4, against Malaysia and China, and victory is paramount.
