End of first quarter: India 3-0 Thailand

The Indian team had a solid start to the competition, scoring three goals in the opening quarter.

Araijeet Singh started the scoring with a reverse flick on the near side which was later doubled by Arshdeep Singh with an easy conversion on the rebound.

Later, Sharda Nand Tiwari added another goal with a powerful down-the-line drag-flick in the 10th minute.
