Swimming: Daniel Wiffin makes history for Ireland!

Daniel Wiffen makes history as the first Irishman to win Olympic swimming gold and the first for Ireland in Paris 2024 in the Men's 800m Freestyle final.

He powered past reigning Olympic champion Bobby Finke of the United States, who took silver.

Italy's Gregorio Paltrinieri took home the bronze.
