Game two, Bansod 15-10 Jin Wei

Bansod wins a flurry of points since the break and is sitting with a comfortable five-point lead over the Malaysian shuttler. 

Game two, Bansod 11-9 Jin Wei

Once again, Bansod's wonderful range is on full display, with Jin Wei made to chase the shuttle all over the court. 

Ultimately, Wei's shot goes well away from the playing area and Bansod heads into the break with a two-point deficit. 

Game two, Bansod 10-9 Jin Wei

Wonderful point from Bansod, she worked that rally superbly and then right at the end, played a drop shot that Jin Wei couldn't reach. 

Wei is on the ground catching her breath, such was the goose chase Bansod led her.

Malavika in action!

Malavika Bansod is currently leading 1-0 against Malaysian opponent Goh Jin Wei and in the second game, the score is 8-9 in favor of the Malaysian. 

Priyanshu loses in the first round.

Priyanshu fails to fight back and he loses in the first round 10-21, 16-21 against Li Shi Feng.

Feng races to another lead.

Priyanshu fails to tackle Feng's attack and concedes easy points to go behind now. He is trailing 14-18.

Priyanshu equalizes.

After Feng took a two point lead, Priyanshu has comeback in the game making it 14-14.

Feng claws his way back.

Feng has gained his rhythm back and forced Priyanshu in three consecutive errors and equalized 8-8 in the second game.

A solid start for Priyanshu in the second game.

Priyanshu has started well in the second game drawing errors from Feng and leads 4-1.

Priyanshu recovered a bit but lost the first game.

After the mid-game break, Priyanshu played some good shots to recover a few points but Feng's lead proved too big for him to chase and Feng won the first game 21-11.
