2026 BWF World Championships LIVE: The third day at the 2026 BWF World Championships in New Delhi, promises another blockbuster day of Indian badminton.
PV Sindhu and Unnati Hooda will be in action in women’s singles, while Ayush Shetty and Lakshya Sen will take to court in the men’s singles. Spots in the Round of 16 will be up for grabs.
There will also be plenty of excitement for the spectators with some back-to-back Indian action especially in doubles. Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, along with mixed doubles pair Dhruv Kapila and Tanisha Crasto, will begin their campaigns after receiving first-round walkovers.
With the big names taking centre stage, Day 3 promises plenty of action from the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium.

The Indian mixed doubles pair cruised into the mixed doubles Round of 16 with a straight set win over Macao’s Leong Iok Chong and Ng Weng Chi 21-11, 21-11 in 30 minutes.
