In the 800m of the Women's Heptathlon, Anamika KA from Kerala finished ahead of the field while clocking 2:20.19.

Meanwhile, in the Men's 400m Hurdles, West Bengal's Karna Bag finished ahead of the pack with a timing of 50.91.

Earlier in the afternoon, Karnataka's Deekshita won the Women's 400m Hurdles by clocking 1:00.40.

Rajasthan's Shakeel pipped Karnataka's Tushar Vasant at the post to win the Men's 800m while clocking 1:51.90.
