Bhavinaben Patel defeated Borislava Peric of Serbia in the quarterfinals to assure India its first medal at the Tokyo Paralympics.

Compound archers Rakesh Kumar and Shyam Sundar finished 3rd and 21st respectively at the open section of the Tokyo Paralympic.
