After the extension of lockdown, many athletes are worried about their training and chances to make it to the Tokyo Olympic to be held next year but not SP Likith.

Likith has taken a leap to nature when he decided to continue his swimming training in an irrigation tank. The Tokyo hopeful has been training with coach Partha Varanashi at the latter's farms from past one month and a half reported the Times of India.

"My coach who is an poly-athlete and an organic farmer has a huge farm spread over 100-acres near Puttur, which falls on the border of Karnataka and Kerala.

In normal circumstances, the swimmer would be a part of the Olympic squad preparing for the qualifiers. He said, "I arrived at my coach's farm last week in February for a two-day workshop and have been here since. We are about 25 of us- including 15 swimmers in various age group- who have made this farm our home."
