This is a training drill for footballers to enhance their body fitness at home. So, before we jump into the workout it is very important to warm up our body thoroughly. The workout is pretty basic. We just need some space and a dumbbell and some cones or anything to mark the distance.
For the first set of exercise in the video, we will start off with the dumbbell, which is really important for the hip and knee. Also, this set of exercise is really helpful for our hamstrings.
The next is the set of push ups, which are a fast and effective exercise for building upper body strength. With the proper form, they can also strengthen the lower back and core by engaging the abdominal muscles.
The last set is repeat sprint training. Which is excellent cardiovascular training, it increases the stamina and burns a lot of calories in a short time. Repeat this, back and forth and it will help you in your fitness training.
